Came in 45 minutes early was not expecting to get served at that time. I was expecting to wait till my 4:00 schedule. Glad to say no pressure was put upon me.

Leslie did not contact me about my vehicle after multiple attempts made by me to contact her. This was highly unprofessional. The service provided by the mechanic was done well even though they could not diagnose the problem I was having with my vehicle but the lack of communication was very disheartening.
When i got in car to leave all kinds of lights was on a lady brought it to mechanics they left a sensor unplugged and they didn’t put me new oil sticker
Mentioned brake service recommendation but did not mention air filter replacement which was yellow and on the checklist.Otherwise great service!

I am completely satisfied with the service. My vehicle was clean to my satisfaction. The wait time was sufficient.
My appointment was for 1130 which I made it there a couple minutes before
I was specifically told my wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. I waited 2 hours until asking what's was the status of my vehicle and was told my paperwork couldn't be found. I waited an additional hour to be given just 15 percent off my total.
