I have been shown the charges for 714$ before service. You charged me 861 when I am about to take delivery. My consent was given for 714$. Felt like cheated.

Went without a car all weekend had to miss work . Was never called to let me know they were closing and update me Friday . I don’t want any work done in my car I just want to pick it up in the morning .

Dropped my car off for a service appointment. I was told I would receive a call in about 2 hours once it was looked at. After 4 hours with no call, I called. I was told my vehicle got pushed back because I wasn’t there in person waiting and that it hadn’t even been looked at yet. Then we were given an expensive quote but couldn’t be told when the parts would be available.
