With the way things are going on in this world today, it would be nice if Toyota would have some sort of road service in their area for their customers, especially the ones who purchase vehicles with them and the prices we pay for our vehicles. It is hard to get a stranger to help you out of a bind in a parking lot to help jumpstart your vehicle with a dead battery that gave no warning signs when you start it at home perfectly, parked it for about a half hour and came back to dead battery. My dealership which is only about ten minutes away from where I was and they would not send anyone with a battery to replace it for me. I was lucky a nice young lady was parked in front of me about to leave when I asked her if she would help me out and said yes. I got my truck started and drove to the dealership and had them replace my battery and was pleased with the time it took them to get it done and on my way in less than thirty minutes. That’s the only problem I have.

I would have liked someone to approach my car as soon as I entered in. I wasn’t sure if I was suppose to wait for someone or get out. Since no one acknowledged me I got out. There was Hampton men employees outside but ……
