The wait time was longer than expected and I scheduled my service online but they said they didn’t get it which was highly disappointing. I would rate 6/10 sue to long wait.

Leslie did a great job and soded her staff. Everyone was friendly and courteous and took good care of us. I will definitely be using Hampton in the future and I will also recommend it to my family and friends.

I had an appointment to get my car serviced @ 2:00. I had no idea you closed at 3:00 on Saturday! I received an oil change and tire rotating, which I really needed! But I also really needed a complete car serviced! I had a really nice lady that assisted me! Everyone was nice.

What was broken was fixed. And that’s awesome, but there are a few new issues as a result. Radio no longer working properly after service (3 out of 4 speakers not working. Likely due to having to take the dash apart during service). Vehicle smells like mildew after service. Handprint on inside windshield right in the driver side view. For $3600, could have squirted windex and spared a single swipe of cloth. Overall, good service, just disappointed at these few items. I can and will take care of them, but seeing as you asked, I wanted to provide that feedback.

Since the Butler machine was still broken, and no one let me know Leslye provided a complementary wash plus detail for my vehicle and I was happy about that.
