I noticed the cover for the tow package was missing when I went to get back into my vehicle from a stop at a store. I called and then went back to the dealership since I was close by. Brent went to check and see if it was in the wash area, I had it washed. One of the guys came and had dried it and put it back on. I didn’t take a good look at, I left. I noticed the scratches and paint chipped this evening, once again, as I approached it from behind.

I had a problem running late for my appointment and was going to be 15 minutes late.. I called the service dept. And she pushed it back 30 minutes so I didn’t rush. Worked out great. Everyone is so professional, but at the same time friendly and goes out of the way to make you feel like family. I drive over 100 miles to get my service done because of this. There is a Toyota Dealership 15 minutes from my house Thank you to all the Team members You are awesome

Did not have an appointment. Carice was very accommodating. Friendly, polite, explained all. The “quiet room” was a brilliant idea and a god send today as someone was using terrible phone etiquette. Most of your customers moved to find a quieter place to sit

I brought my new Venza in for service because of a flat tire. The flat was fixed but as I was driving away from Hampton I noticed that the tire that was fixed was inflated to 39 psi rather than the prescribed 33 psi. Easy for me to fix but I thought it was a surprising oversight.
