2 hours for just tire rotation. The last time I went for tires and oil it was over 3 hours. Both appointments were scheduled

Brought my vehicle in for oil change(my sticker and digital dash showed it was due) and Auto Butler/wash. As per service tech, I was not due for an oil change. Usually a multipoint inspection is done with any service, they did not do multipoint inspection. Air filter was not recommended to be changed and my vehicle is at 55,000 miles. Losing trust in the maintenance department. I faithfully bring my vehicle in for services and I don’t feel I’m getting quality service. I hope this changes as I own 2 Toyota vehicles and I have previously owned 5 other Toyotas.
The young man who waited on me was awesome. Great customer service skills. I apologize that I do not remember his name.

Had an Appointment for 8 AM. Waited for 2 hours for a slow leak in tire. When I asked about how much longer my vehicle would be, it had not even been loaded in the back. I had an appointment for my son at 11 so had to leave with vehicle with no solution. 2 hour wait for 0 service
