I appreciate Brent being so nice courteous and knowledgeable. Also, the tech did a wonderful job on the auto butler. It looks great. And the shuttle driver, Steve that brought me home after and picked me up to get my car. He is a wonderful guy. I always enjoy riding with him. Thank you.

Dropped off my truck at 930 for oil change. They told me I had a recall so it would take 4 hours ! My vehicle was not ready until 430 pm. A whole 7 hours later !!! Waste of a whole day waiting around ! No phone call or anything to let me know they were delayed. Ridiculous !
I told the service manager that I did not want Leslie involved with my cad after a previous incident where I was lied to by Leslie. This was disregarded and I was treated very poorly by the service manager and as evidenced by the message I received requesting me to rate my satisfaction with Leslie’s service. This has been an overall extremely poor experience and the only part I am satisfied with is the mechanics repairs of my vehicle.
Brent was helpful and also supplied me with a quote for my next service. I appreciate him thinking ahead!

I was not satisfied with my visit to the service department today . Pressing the exceptional button was a mistake . I had to except the results of the visit , but I am not pleased . In my situation today I feel that there were more restrictions to serve than ability to serve . That of which I thought was ridiculous , but that is just me. I also have another policy on my windshield . I am wondering what kind of restrictions or limitation will arise if I were to ever need service for it . Next time I will be more skeptical about placing all those extra unneeded policies when my primary insurance will cover them . Thanks for the opportunity to make a comment .
