The one who waited on me was terrible my car was ready and sitting at the edge of the drive she never told me my car was ready this was the second time I had to go an inquiry about my care and she goes it is ready I brought my car in at 2pm and it it was almost 5pm before I left if I never ask about my car I probably would have been there until closing

The contents that were in my glove compartment was left on my seat. I have been here a few times and this time I left upset and unhappy due to tampering with my personal belongings. I want management to contact me about this and I would like to know the reason of such a lack of professionalism
