Brent is always so pleasant to deal with. He is thorough with his answers to questions and up front with all information. He has excellent communication skills and is great at communicating status updates. He truly makes me feel like an important customer.
Leslie was very nice and very informative! Kept me up to date and explained exactly what I was getting.
Truck wash was sub par, windows were still dirty as was the truck. All of the “complimentary” snacks were empty. The service advisor, Leslie, was wonderful!

Exceptional is a a very strong word to associate with the routine service of a vehicle. Ms. Leslie is a very helpful young lady and do not have anything negative to say about her performance. However. A few routine maintenance visits ago an oil change and the rotation of tires was in order. The next day when I exceeded 55 Mph the front end shook. (A clear sign of being out of balance). I returned to Hampton to have this corrected where I was charged for rebalancing. I recall the rebalancing of the wheels being a standard procedure with tire rotation. Any old service station would have included this in the rotation process. The service manager tried to explain to me that rebalancing was not part of Hamptons procedure.This is my 6th Toyota and the 3rd, (and last) purchased from Hampton. I feel Cheated and think Hampton should include in the rotation procedure testing the wheels for balance. I will not have my routine tire rotation performed at Hampton and my next Toyota will be purchased from another dealer.
