Our appointment to drop off was 7:30 am. We didn’t get any correspondence about the car until 2:30. It seems like we were pushed back to the end of the line because we dropped off the car instead of waiting for it.

As always every time my Highlander needs service, I make that one phone call to Leslie and she always makes in happen. No complaints here.
Good service would be Remembering everything that needed to be done to my car by talking notes and communicating it with the mechanics, without me having to remind them of what we agreed on. Exceptional service would be quoting a time and getting my car done before the time quoted, not 3 to 4 hours after the time quoted.
However, I will come back and give it another shot. Philip was a very friendly guy and he takes ownership in what he does and I respect that.
