Oil change incomplete. Tech did not put Oil back in engine. Service writer (Leslie) and service manager (Glen) were notified about the incident. Oil installed in parking lot and Leslie documented

First service. In and out in 45 minutes. Friendly people.
1.No updates were provided on my vehicle after being in the shop for 5 days. I had to reach out to find out what the status was.
2.Hampton could not locate the issue in 6 days. Price Leblanc located the problem within 30 minutes of having the truck and immediately called me along with sending a video of the leak.
3. Hampton damaged rear bumper during the 6 days and sent the truck home with me and said to call during the week.
The service was exceptional and Brent was the kindest guy and very helpful and pleasant to speak to. I was very impressed with him and service. All went very well. Thank You!!

They are all very nice they went above and beyond what they needed to they got in touch with me today to do a oil change while my truck was in there getting warranty work that is so nice of them let people know about this kind of things and doing warranty work they wouldn't be on and above and all different ways to say wonderful dealership and service department
