Only one complaint which was resolved by the parts department. When I brought my Highlander in for an oil change and brought it home I noticed the a cap on a reservoir connected to the radiate had the cap missing. The parts department was very helpful and ordered me another part at no cost. Very satisfied with their help in this matter. They said it would take 2 or 3 days to receive this part. Hopefully it’s the right part because even though the parts employees were very helpful they did tell me to let them know if it doesn’t arrive in three days. I’ll let you know if I have any problems.

I came in yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation on my Lexus RX. I did have an appointment time. After waiting 2 hours my car was finally completed. Service writer offered her apologies and a brief, but incoherent explanation. Upon arriving home noticed greasy hand prints on the hood and driver side door. Very disappointed in the amount of time a poor level to the attention to details. I wish I could say this is isolated but did have a incident previously when I noticed oil leaking from beneath the car. Obviously either the oil pan plug or oil filter housing was not tightened so did return for it to be addressed. Paul T

Dulsey genuinely cares about her customers, but I’m sure you already know that. You can tell that she delivers consistent quality service to all of her customers. In a world where service is beyond life support, Dulsey is a breath of fresh air. The world needs more Dulseys.
