I had the auto butler done and when I got home I had to clean spots off on the inside. With a wet rag it came right off. Which means that those areas weren’t touched. I have been doing the auto butler for years and never had that problem before.

I was very pleased with both Carice and Hampton’s service department. Every aspect of my visit from start to finish was completely professional. Caricebwas an outstanding representative for both Hampton and Toyota. Every person I encountered was friendly, efficient and pleasant.The facility was as clean, comfortable and welcoming as anyone could ask for. My experience could not have been more positive and I would not hesitate to recommend the service department to others (as a matter of fact I already have).

I feel I was blindsided by the cost. The total cost of standard maintenance was $842 and the parts 400 plus. I now understand why people in general does not come to dealership because they are literally screwed. I would not recommend anyone to come for service with any dealership.
