I had an excellent experience at Hampton Toyota today. Ms. Sonnier was courteous and kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my vehicle.
My appointment was at 2pm I waited until 3:15 to actually get up and check on the ETA of my vehicle only to be told it was misplaced. I don't know how a vehicle is misplaced, but since it was misplaced it was not attended to or serviced properly. All I needed was a SIMPLE 15 MIN tire rotation. I used to work in the automotive department so I know exactly how long it would take to rotate tires, but instead not only did you guys take and extra 1hr 15mins you all were trying to add an oil change service that was not required until 40k miles, I know this because I keep in touch with my dealership in Lakeland Toyota, located in Lakeland, FL. If I were a customer that purchased a vehicle from your location would I get treated better? Well I sure am not convinced I would and you all sure didn't convince me of purchasing any type of vehicle in the near future. Thank you for your slow as molasses service and not even being able to fully complete it. By the way I was serviced last year and someone dipped their hands in my center console and took all my change, I never said anything because I figured they needed it more than me but just an FYI. I'm sure that employee is no longer there but had to let you know. Have a great day

Ms. Leslie was very personable and friendly, but also very professional. She knowledgeably spoke about the issues for which I brought my vehicle in, as well as, reminded me of other potential service I hadn’t thought about, that I may want to have done to keep my vehicle in good running condition. The prices she quoted me for the parts and labor were correct and the timing she estimated for the work was accurate. All in all I had very pleasant service experience, which I hear is hard to come by these days. That’s why I continue to come back to Hampton. Not only to purchase, what in my humble opinion, are the highest quality vehicles that anyone can purchase today, but also for the outstanding service I and my family receive from outstanding service reps like Leslie, which is a huge part of the value of our Toyotas.
