Dulsey is great! The girls that work behind the checkout counter are always rude- whether in person or on the phone.
The service was helpful and were courteous. Things were really busy so I understand that I had to wait my turn. I guess some days ate just that way.
My car was there for several hours. When I called to find out the status about my car I was told they was backed up and they didn’t get to it in the manner of of time I was told.
Service at Hampton Toyota is always excellent! People are friendly at service department and they explain what’s been done . My car looks great ! Very happy customer!
Auto Butler only. Just disappointed that I wasn't called when the vehicle was finished. Tight schedule of events afterward. Other than that, all good!!!

I really appreciate that I was also able to do my Auto Butler at the same appointment. While I waited, I enjoyed popcorn and a warm chocolate chip cookie. Thanks for making the time waiting enjoyable. The service was excellent and I would recommend Hampton to anyone .
Excellent attention and rapid service
Philip was very helpful with explaining some things I didn’t know about having to bring my vehicle to Ford and clearing up insurance information so I wouldn’t have to pay more than I needed for the work on it.
The only thing is I wish they would have explained it earlier to me

Too much confusion with passing my ticket between 3 service reps. Communication between staff and representatives was not on point today. Overall, happy with my service, just not the normal exceptional I am used to. Tech suggesting I go straight for a $3000 repair as opposed to a dye to diagnose the exact location was a little off-putting. Definitely was presented with my options.
Always a pleasant experience at Hampton.
Spoke to manager and he offered another free detail job. Randy was very nice. He took care of the issues. It’s the personnel that didn’t do their job well that did the detail. After I left I had to clean the glass on the dashboard. It was all smeared.
