Steven was very nice. He made sure I was taken care of and it didn't take very long. I appreciate Steven's professional manner and the way he speaks to a customer. Madison and Ashley are also great front desk clerks. Very sweet young ladies.

The easiest interaction bringing a car in for work I’ve ever had. Dropped off the car at the end of business Friday for a Monday morning appointment. They finished the work Saturday around 2pm (before I was scheduled to bring in the car).

on Monday, April 29. My people brought the Sienna van in for an oil change. When we brought the car in, it was normal, but the guys who opened the screw to change the oil were broken. You guys asked me to replace the trough as well, which cost $600. Then you guys didn't fix it and let us drive home. Now my car won't start, everything has stopped working. We ask Toyota Hampton to take responsibility and resolve the issue for us. otherwise we will be forced to speak up about this practice

Came home to clean leftover oil all over the bottom of my vehicle. Asked for a call back to explain the situation and never got one. This is very frustrating having to go under my vehicle and clean all this oil.
