I was very impressed with the service provided ! We took it to another local service shop and they couldnt figure out our issue but Hampton not only figured out our problem and fixed it but also found a few other problems they fixed ! And they have my wife a vehicle to drive while they had our van ! Very happy with the service .

It took 2 hours for an oil change. That is too long. I made an appointment @8am and assumed it wouldn't take longer than an hour, I was wrong.
I am always bragging how great Hampton's service department is. Up until now it has been for me. I'm going to assume I went on a bad day, and it'll be exceptional next time.

The service I had an appointment for was not to satisfying because I was told that the coating was supposed to protect my paint job and my vehicle has scratches after the first and second time. I did mention to someone in the service department with a call in and stated that she would have somebody to call me back and I never got the call.
