I had appointment for recall, although I don’t know how long the repair should have taken, I was at dealership for 3 hours. If service had been exceptional I would have expected to be out of there in less time. I think Leslie did her best & won’t hesitate to continue with her as my contact.

Service advisor leslie does not return calls or communicate with customers. Will not be doing business there again. My car went in for a airbag recall. Flyer that was sent in the mail says should take 30 min to check to see if repairs are needed. Y'all had me car the entire day. Finally I showed up after 5 and it was parked outside. Why no communication? Your service app is a joke!!. DO BETTER!!!!!
