Dulsey was excellent. She did everything she could to help me identify a leak with my vehicle, even accommodating two service appointments, and was extremely thorough in explaining exactly what was done so I felt great driving away. Thank you!

Waited all day for a radio concern to be told they couldn’t duplicate the concern and they would have to send the codes to Toyota for further diagnosis which is fine, but then they proceed to tell me there’s a 173 dollar bill for one hour of labor. My vehicle is still under factory warranty and they couldn’t duplicate it at that!! I involved the manager and was told this time they won’t charge me and to monitor the concern. Next day my husband called and spoke with the manager about my visit. He told us that he would look further into it and call us back. We never received a phone call back. I’m still concerned about my radio issue. I would hate to have this problem further with my vehicle. I have lost trust with the service department.

Earlier this week I set up an appointment to have my oil changed and have the 5k service done. I was assured that my oil would be changed at 5k even though it wasn't scheduled till 10k. My wife brought the vehicle in and before it was taken in reminded the tech that the oil was to be changed. After the service was finished she noticed that the oil had not been changed and when she brought it to the service managers attention, she was told that was only done at 10k intervals. I know that's what toyota recommends but I want it done at 5k intervals and was assured it would be done.

Trent was awesome and very helpful. He was very professional and courteous. Could not have asked for better service. When my vehicle was inspected for sale it was missed that I had a nail in my tire also when I got the vehicle I had 15 miles until empty. I don't know if it is common to get a full tank of gas when purchasing a vehicle but I would hope that would be normal practice. Donnie was great too and very professional. I just think some of the small things were missed.

He got me in for an appointment same day to get broken battery terminal connector. He was also helpful in allowing me to start some meat in employee fridge that had just been bought before the car broke. It wasn’t as straightforward as a fix as intended but I left in a couple hours with my car back getting power. On this day Hampton Toyota met and exceeded expectations in large part of Randy’s communication and willingness to go above and beyond.
