I purchased a 2024 Tundra with the dealership knowing that the tailgate was getting stuck and only opened intermittently. It has been brought in twice and still isn’t fixed. Also, I am waiting for a call to schedule a replacement of a defective rear panel that had to be ordered. Hopefully both defects will be resolved soon. Randy was kind and understanding and I look forward to hearing back from him.

When I went in May, your employee was helping another customer find ins cards . So she ask me if it will be ok if she took care of my refund the next day . I said sure. After multiple calls , I just receive my refund on July 24. I don’t think I had to call multiple times for my money and every time I called they said she would call me back . I never had a problem before but I agreed on her to do it the next day and it took almost 2 months for her to do. If I owed Hampton Toyoto they would have want their money the same day of my service . I just think this was not handle right .
I had an appointment for 3:30 for Toyota care oil change, tire rotation, and a a safety recall for transmission software update. Leslie was very nice and polite. Even though I live one mile from Musson Patout Toyota, I choose to get service done at Hampton because of its reputation for good service. I did not receive that. First, I was sent a link via text to track the service of my vehicle. No point during the visit did the link work. at 5 PM. I checked with Leslie regarding time because I had to be back in New Iberia for a meeting at 6 PM. She informed me that work had not started on my vehicle. She also informed me that it would likely be after 6 PM before it was finished. so I have to drive 45 minutes each way, and sitting in the dealership for an hour and a half, zero work was done on my vehicle. I certainly expect better. So I had to reschedule for Saturday morning, having to take more time out of my personal schedule for something that should’ve been done prior. When I was leaving the dealership and drove by the shop, the shop was nearly empty. It is inexcusable my work was not completed in a timely manner. I expected my appointment on Saturday morning will be smooth and efficient. I do understand that the software update may take some time, but I expect to be taken on time and have the work done efficiently.
Brent is always friendly, highly professional and respectful. Every experience I have had at Hampton has been exceptional.
Leslie Whitteker went above and beyond to make my 1st time experience exceptional she was very honest,kind and caring to my situation and needs and I am very satisfied
