Where do I start? With my bi-annual Auto Butler I asked if my center console cover could be looked at. This is the second console cover that has failed. The material becomes loose separates from its securement. My hope was that it too would be replaced at no charge since is less than a year old. Rather, I was charged $150. To “diagnose”. (Really)? Along with this “diagnosis” charge is a ridiculous charge for “document storage”. This is my 5th Toyota, (4th from Hampton). You would think there would be some sort of appreciation of this type of loyalty to the brand. Apparently not so. I will continue to bring my Tundra in for the Auto Butler service, (which I paid for with the purchase of the vehicle) but that will be the extent of my association with Hampton Toyota. I will take my business and my money elsewhere from here on in and purchase my next Toyota from Price LeBlanc. ($150.00 for a diagnosis fee for an item that is not mechanical and is less than a year old)? Please. Signed an EXTREMELY disappointed Customer.

Dulsey was truly exceptional to deal with! She was patient, professional, understanding, kept in constant contact with me, updating me on the status of my vehicle, and made sure that my car was ready and reliable to drive before calling me to pick it up.
