Communication was excellent! I found myself needing a ride to a doctor visit. A very nice gentleman took me to my appt. taking the least busy route. He came to pick me up. Your shuttle van is very clean. The combination of a nice ride and caring driver left me waiting a very short time. My car was so clean, and they even found my grandson’s missing library book. I can’t say anything nicer than the whole team was a well-oiled machine! A very positive experience!

For a dealer to check my carfax after doing work on my truck and blame me for an issue they clearly caused is too much for me. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I called the service sept back and no one available for my question. I then called back and spoke to a woman in the finance department (didn’t get her name) I was questioning her about what was included in my extended warranty since I do not have any hard copy of what it includes. She sounded aggravated with me , talked over me the whole conversation which ended with her telling me “It’s only common sense”, then hung up on me. I then called asking for highest person available to report her, and that person was off. So I spoke to Mr Van which told me he would have the manager of that department calling me tomorrow. I told him that if this does not get resolved I plan on taking the car back, and purchasing another at another dealership. Not going to let this one go. No one should have a person working at a place of business, allowing there employee to talk to a customer in such an unprofressional, demeaning manner. Very bad business
Brent was very through and related all details of the check-up. He even went to retrieve something from my car for me when I asked!
