I do have questions like my cars fluids not getting topped off. Tires not getting aired up when I said to the man who walked me in (not Brent) to please put in the notes change my fluids because I'm going on a 1000+ mile trip tomorrow. Also because last time my car was brought to this dealer the same thing happened assured it was done. And bam fluids not topped off or tires aired up. Honestly. Brent is a great person at his job. Whichever tech worked on my Gr86 needs to go back through training. Brent/ service department manager please give me a call because we need to discuss how to handle this. Thank you.
