I was suppose to have a right gasket fix to my manifold and it was not done. I left my vehicle at the shop for a week. We discussed on Monday to have this done. I assumed it was done when I returned Thursday, but it was not. I told Richard I would be back on Thursday. Normally, Joe Acevedo would alert me if something wasn’t done or couldn’t be done. I am just disappointed this couldn’t be done as time is very little available to me.
Richard was professional and timely with his feedback. This is one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership.
