The issue we brought the jeep in for, loud rattling noise, was not repaired as the noise was apparent as soon as I drove it 1/4 mile from your dealership. The jeep remained in your shop for 2 weeks + and it was very disappointing to receive it back and have the same issue.
Richard Small is great. However, one of the items I brought to be fixed - the One Touch Roof switch was loose and I asked that it be fixed. Upon leaving the shop after the team indicated the repair had been made, the very first time I went to operate the roof, the button came completely loose from the roof panel. Whomever said they fixed it obvious did not even try to operate the roof to test the repair. Very disappointed.
