My service advisor John has always been top notch. When I received my truck today the low tire light was on the truck was not washed, and the DEF tank was at 1/4 full. My DEF tank needed to be flushed for pump repair. When I brought my truck in my DEF tank was full. I received it back 1/4 full. I do not blame this on John but the service department and technicians overall. How many people drove my truck with low tire warning?

3 weeks into purchase a brand new Jeep Compass service engine alert and check engine light was on. Took it into service and no loaner vehicle was available. Hoping it was something minor and I'd get it back same day or next didn't happen. My service rep was Gary. Communication between the time I called or texted and when he got back to me was not what I would expect. one day I texted asking for an update and didn't hear from him all day. other days I'd call or text for an update and hear back close to 4:30-5pm which by then was leaving me to figure out commute plans a little too late. I was called to pickup my vehicle on the 8th day and vehicle had a light on dash. It was described as vehicle assist which was not a light that came on before. He offered to drive it around to see if light would come off. it didn't. suggested I put gas in the vehicle and maybe that was the issue. I put gas in and light was still on so I drove it back. after leaving it again for a day it was finally ready to pick up and no lights were on. overall not a great experience at all. I called my sales guy Julian who was great. he offered me a loaner on day 3. felt like it should have been offered on day 1 given it was a 3 week old car and he was fully aware.

I have now had two different people help me at this dealership and they were both fantastic. I’m not super knowledgeable about cars but they were both patient and extremely helpful. I told my fiancé that if we have to go to a Jeep dealership for my maintenance, we will be going to this one going forward because I was comfortable and happy with both experiences.
