John is truly the best. I feel very safe knowing my car is under his care. He does a great job communicating with clients regarding their vehicles which really provides peace of mind for me. He is caring and always thinking ahead for my needs so I know I can relax bringing my Jeep to him. I know in fact that my vehicle will be well taken care of and that me as a client will be well taken care of too.

Kyle was very helpful and professional. Kyle was able to get me into the service department the next day to look at my "service electronic stability control" light that came on. He then got me into a rental to be able to drive while the repairs were being made. Kyle took care of my vehicle problem then called me to tell me everything was repaired and that I can come pick up my vehicle. Thank you Kyle for everything, you are amazing at what you do.

Richard is by far the best person I have worked with at Airpark. Answers his phone or calls back soon after a voice mail. Excellent demeanor, listens and is concerned about the work being done. He always follows up when I have left the property! This would be the best Sevice department in the country with 20 Richards! He is your MVP!

We love our service advisor but we don’t appreciate how we were quoted $1,325+ when I dropped the car off and $2,250+ when I picked it up, Although there were 2 add ons for filter changes but not $900 worth of work. Richard warned the dealers charge estimates for each service might have been low because they didn’t update the charge figures. But, a $900 miss is inexcusable. Again, this is not on Richard, this is on the dealer.
