Car had a coolant leak, leak was fixed but coolant was not filled. Well below minimum level. Window tint is bubbling, no resolution.

John has been so helpful through the years with my Grand Cherokee. I’ve dealt with countless service advisors in the more than 35 years I’ve owned vehicles including BMW and Porche luxury cars. John is the most honest and knowledgeable technician I have ever encountered. He is also the most caring and helpful person I have encountered in the car business.

Dropped off the car and they were done very quickly. Had oil change and 10,000 mile service done. Kyle let me know about a recall that didn’t have a fix yet so watch for that. Everything else was great.

I just bought the vehicle. It had only 225 miles on it when I brought it in for service due to a transfer case seal leak. Your survey asks if I would like to evaluate its trade-in value. Should I do so? Perhaps so—just noticed today that the “chrome” body-side molding on the passenger side of the vehicle is blistered and needs to be replaced.

There was an issue with not receiving returned calls from Gary via voicemail messages that I left.He explained he gets too many VM and to call his cell phone in the future. This method of communication was never mentioned to me. Even the service operator didn't know. It took.more.than a week to are contact with Gary to confirm my ordered part were in to schedule an appointment. Now I know. Thanks for listening. Dave
