The serviceman was nice, but didn’t introduce himself or listen to me when I was telling him what service I had wanted. I wanted an Airpark recommended package that included an oil change, rotation of tires, fluids check, and more in the end just had received a basic oil change and tire rotation for a bit cheaper that didn’t include all that I was looking for. I felt my questions were brushed aside when I wanted to “ask further” the concerns that my Jeep showed, because I wasn’t going to be told unless I had asked.

Bought my third GC at AIRPARK in 2014 so have experienced your service team since then. Always responsive with good customer service. Have been Kyle for the past couple years. Straight shooter with no over sell for excessive maintenance.which is much appreciated. And he is partially responsible for my recent trade in/ new GC purchase.

Gary wasn’t the issue. It was more the overall team. Nobody greeted me when I pulled up. I walked into little office & had to say I was in for service (1 guy was literally just standing there whole time doing nothing). Then the parts dept made a big deal that I had to prepay for the part if I wanted them to hold it for the srvc appt so I filled out a charge form, scanned it & emailed it back to service. At the end of srvc appt, had to wait while they tried to track down my payment. After I spoke to parts & showed them copy of scanned document they finally tracked down my email correspondence & realized the rep never ran the charge. Just seems like there are a lot of missed opportunities to present a capable staff & show some customer oriented service. The mechanic work done was good, & Gary was good, but overall customer service wasn’t impressive.
Awesome experience with Kyle. He kept me up to speed and got me in and out quickly.
Kyle was attentive to my needs and remembered the same issue we had previously.
They weren’t able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle because it didn’t repeat the problem while with them, but Anthony did an excellent job keeping me informed of the progress.
Never got a quote for the repair on this jeep
As always Anthony is professional, helpful and courteous. As long as I own my Jeep I will be bringing it to him and Airpark.
