Was told that they’ll have an answer as to what was wrong by Monday or Tuesday from by service advisor and another service advisor said by Wednesday to Thursday, called to get updates and was basically sent to voice mail both Thursday and Friday, went Friday in person and they said nothing was found wrong with my vehicle, that was not my issue for giving a dissatisfied rating Cesar Baca is awesome! Very professional and willing to work with you, will explain why and what he tried doing My problem is with victor morales, there’s been countless of times that I have encounter victor and he is nothing being condescending, making you feel like if it’s not his way then your absolutely wrong, and I get my area of knowledge of cars may be zero to nothing but making me feel like a certain way on top of being stressed out due to me taking in my vehicle in due to a check engine light Like to me, that’s not right of him I feel he should be more compassionate vs being put down and getting more stuff thrown at you while your stressing over what is going on with the vehicle
