This is the second time was car was ready and never got a call I called like 10 times just to be able to talk to someone in service. I was scheduled with Cesar but when I showed up he wasn’t there so Adrian got us all squared away.

I asked for tire pressure to be checked and adjusted. I was told that’s part of the vehicle inspection. Tire pressure was not checked. The left front was still at 40 psi while the others were at 33psi.
Great Service I enjoyed their smiling faces in their attitude toward wonderful especially the guy that helped us Tim just loved him! And I have been thinking my next car will be another Lexus for sure.
Kyle and the Mechanic Eddie were very helpful and Rocky’s assist on the parts worked out great. My Jeep Rubicon Unlimited looks great.
