I need to call or someone call me about my alignment. It is still not aligned. If I straighten the steering wheel I turn towards the left a lot. It’s pretty frustrating to have spent so much money and not have it properly aligned. I am requesting a follow up visit to re-adjust. I tried to tolerate it ect but it’s just so noticeable
I brought my 2021Jeep Wrangler to Airpark Jeep for a routine oil change and tire rotation. As always I was treated courteously and the car was delivered to me clean and as quickly as possible. Kyle Heckathorn was very professional and makes me feel that he is truly interested in delivering fine customer service.

I don’t know the ends and outs of the automotive/ mechanical business . So the most polite thing would be to just leave it at that.!!! For myself personally this was a terrible experience form the very start till now . Nothing personal regarding Daniel. I am not going to air dirty laundry so to speak . However I will say COMMUNICATION , not a computer generated E Mail. Communication would have saved myself and a few members of your staff a lot off headaches. Moving forward best of luck to Daniel and midway .
