The service is great and so is the staff. The pricing is getting far too expensive for minor service. You are risking losing customers.
My car was at Midway for over a week. I did not get a status or update in a text or a call. I had to constantly call to get information on my vehicle.
And barely a week later my check engine light is on again.
Very disappointed in the service I received
Jacob knew that I had a limited time frame to get the maintenance I needed/requested - he was very timely with communications; the information was detailed and complete enough to enable me to make informed decisions. Work was completed within the timeframe needed and I was extremely satisfied with the maintenance tasks the technician Eduardo Lumbreras was able to perform on my vehicle. I immediately took the vehicle on a six-hour drive, and I am very happy with the improved performance.

I thought that the oil change was over priced. I also waited for almost 3 hours in the temporary waiting area where the coffee was cold, the fridge was completely empty of bottled water and there were no complimentary snacks. Made for a longggg wait!!
