This was my first time having my car serviced at South County Lexus. I was very impressed with the experience from the moment I arrived on the service drive all the way through picking up my car. Everyone that assisted me were very professional and proficient at their jobs. I will continue to bring my car in for service here.

Not sure of the why. Victor let me know our car was ready and Lyft was on the way to pick me up @ about 3:00 p.m. The ride didn't show up or text or call after more than an hour. I texted and called the numbers provided with no response. After an hour and 45 minutes I called the main service line to cancel the Lyft since my wife was getting off work by then. We managed to pick up the car before closing, but barely. More of an inconvenience than a problem. Maybe a little more communication next time.

I like to say is I'm very displeased with Midway Chevrolet and Midway Chevrolet Collision Center. I took my vehicle in because I was involved in the theft and Midway Chevrolet was very unprofessional on how they handled the situation. You would think since my vehicle was involved in the theft they would do a thourgh inspection about the major components like my insurance adjuster asked them to do. The first time I was called to pick up my vehicle all they had done was re-key it, they didn't do nothing but the insurance adjuster asked for. The second time I went to pick up my vehicle as soon as I pulled out of the driveway of their dealership I thought it idle out of control so I took it back and ask but they actually did to it but they didn't check none of the major components meaning the engine or the ****. When I asked if they didn't check the transmission they said because they were told about it. Excuse me I think that's a major component of the vehicle why was in a check? Incompetence is the only word I could use
