My interactions with Jacob were very good. However I received no updates on the progress until repair was finished. I had left the car there for 3 days and such situations it is good to be kept informed.
The hood was left unlatched and it started flopping on the highway. I had to stop to secure it shut. This could have been dangerous.

Was satisfied with the timeframe of the Recall work done. Spoke with Joe Acevedo about other issues with the Pickup. Unfortunately they didn't get addressed. Reintegrated again when I was picking up the pickup.
