Anthony was courteous and professional. I had no issue with his service and support. What we do have an issue with is Jeep making us pay for a fog lamp that was clearly defective. It burned out in just over a year. We have owned cars for over 10 years and never needed to replace a light in that time span. 13 months is not acceptable for an original jeep light. This was missed on a past visit and we should not have to pay.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my vehicle. My car has been left unattended for over a month, which is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. In the meantime, I was provided with a loaner vehicle that is significantly less fuel-efficient, resulting in increased out-of-pocket expenses. This only adds to my frustration, especially given the lack of timely updates or progress on the repair of my original vehicle. Additionally, I was told that a concern I raised—specifically regarding wind noise from the top of the vehicle—is “normal.” I have owned the exact same make, model, and year of this vehicle previously, and I can confidently say that this is not normal. Dismissing my concern as imagination is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to a customer familiar with the car. At this point, I expect clear communication, prompt resolution of the repair, and appropriate compensation or remedy for the delay, inconvenience, and added expenses I’ve incurred. I would appreciate a response within [insert a reasonable time frame, such as 3 business days] with an update and a plan to address this issue.

Mr Small is a complete professional caretaker of my Jeep and has kept me safe and continuously on the road for years. I appreciate his willingness to make sure my little Jeep remains safe and sound. I’m 86 and he treats me with concern and kindness. I need his knowledge and expertise to stay safely on the road. Living alone at my age, I feel Mr. Small is essential to keeping me safe and mobile. He is greatly appreciated.

Richard, my service advisor, was great. Patient and helpful. Scheduling a service appointment isn’t as straightforward as I would like, but I’m probably in the minority. I wanted to talk to someone about my needs and the online and automated voice were off putting.
