A month or so past I had the opportunity to work with a gentleman in your parts department. I do not recall his name, but he was outstanding.
My next contact with your organization was with your answering service. In actuality if you hold long enough, you’re supposed to get a hold of a service writer, but that didn’t happen and you get some lady. That experience was extremely disappointing. I’ll leave it at that.
Then I had my next contact with your service line. I pulled in and waited for someone to come around, but it wasn’t happening so as I stepped out, Kyle came out of his office and asked if I was being helped. I wasn’t then, but I was about to be. Kyle is a very good representative of your company. I am 100% satisfied of the way things worked with Kyle.

Uconnect issue that could not be resolved, still have it. I know they tried to duplicate it but as soon as I got home it started back up with the message uconnect need service. The visit was good, plenty of communication, but the Ram info/uconnect system is junk
