I was just surprised that for this first complimentary service, tier balance had a charge. I have never seen a tier rotation without the balance. So the rotation was included but not the balance?

The information window in the center was not returned to where it was when I brought it in. “Press ok to set etc”. It took a while for me to figure out how to get it back to showing all the information I like to see. Other than that, all good.

When you buy several vehicles at your dealership and your service advisor doesn’t give you the time of day about discount pricing. I will just take my business both service and buying to another dealership. You can check that i am the president of Septon Development Group and have purchased 7 pro masters through your dealership and had plans to continue to switch out our fleet of the 30 vehicles. Unfortunately this mistake will cost your dealership in the long run. There is no need to contact me. I have already made my decision.

The staff member who neglected to book my appointment was NOT good. Super neglectful follow through; Lexus CALLED ME back and told me when to come in and then didn't book the appointment! In the end, they made it right. Daven had nothing to do with this. He was great, the window tinters were super good.
Great service as always. Free check up for my vanadium issue and a free ride to the DMV while I waited. John always goes the extra mile ????
