Very expensive for routine maintenance. Representative mislead customer about any potential discounts re being senior or loyalty customer. Stated it was already included in the billing. A lie! Left me not trusting the representative. I don't want to do business with him again. I am going to Newport Beach Lexus for further service.

John is and always has been the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. None of the issues are on him but my mechanical problem wasn’t fixed. I have an issue with my warning chimes coming on and they replaced some harnesses and that didn’t fix the issue. I need my Vehicle for work and travel long distances, so with the constant chimes and warning lights going on every 10 seconds sure makes for a long and annoying ride. Like I said, it’s not John’s fault at all and he has been amazing. I’m just frustrated because I have to try and get this resolved and it’s probably just as frustrating to the guys and gals who work on it. Everybody has been great and I trust no one else with my vehicle. Just a little frustrated is all.

Too soon to tell or rate at all I was having ac issues and cannot give any rating at this time. Try me in 30 - 60 days. Hassan is an outstanding rep. Great listener, knowledgeable of Lexus products as well as being exceptionally cordial and personable. Hassan is a huge asset to South County Lexus and should be rewarded when possible. See you soon.
