I left vehicle (22 TRX) for a week to get the HUD fixed that has not been working since I bought it month ago from your dealership and an oil change. I called to check whether it was ready on 11/25. They told me they didn't know and would call back in the morning. Well they finally got oil change done his morning 11/26. Ten they proceeded to tell me that the HUD wasn't working. Of course it's not working. That's why I had it in there to fix. Then they said they wouldn't have time to diagnose the problem before tomorrow. Basically they had the vehicle since 8am on Saturday 11/20 and they #idnt even look at it till today 11/26. Very disappointed and won't come back for service next time.

Jacob did a great job I may use him as my main advisor. I have been using airpark since 2008. Been through many advisors and when I find one who will stay with the company and Is knows the job that's who I stick with. If he keeps up the good work I will stay with him

I really like your store. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I know when I bring my car in it will be in good hands and taken care of properly and I believe l won’t be taken advantage of. I especially like and trust Kyle. He is friendly knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. Twice l had a different adviser and left wondering if my car was really taken care of. Kyle explains what needs to be done and does not force any extra unnecessary work on the car. Kyle is an excellent service advisor and a perfect representation for your store. I enjoy the coffee and donuts too. Thank you.

Surprise to have to wait three hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. Almost $100 for an oil change is much too high. The car wash was horrible.
