I set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The back rear tire was showing low on air when I dropped the jeep off. After receiving the jeep back, it still showed low tire pressure on the rear tire, Jeep technicians should have added air when rotating tires as it clearly read it was low. I went to discount tire to have them to add air as I was already on the road when I noticed the low air pressure alert was still on. I went home and parked the jeep in the driveway. When moving the jeep a few hours later I noticed fresh oil on the driveway. To make matters worse, this is a brand new home, just moved in, with a brand new exposed aggregate drive that is now stained with oil. After looking closer it seems they did not remove the cover below all the way when replacing the oil and the oil spilled and was “sitting” in the pan, which dripped out after it was parked, we do have photos of the driveway and oil pan. This is so upsetting as it was a simple oil change & tire rotation. Clearly neither were done correctly.

Kyle went through all the motions of trying to find out why the gas gushes out of the tank after it is filled. He even filled it up and found that it automatically shut off after the tank was full. However, when I went to fill it up several days later, the gas gushed out again after the tank filled.

Kyle and the Airpark team are terrific.
