He kept me updated every step of the way. He was very knowledgeable and helped take care of everything. He emailed me photos of options and very up front on all costs
Anthony did a great job, after hearing about the problem he said he would have a particular technician, Francisco, work on it because of his superior knowledge about the electronic system of my car. Sure enough Anthony and Francisco figured it out and got it fixed! I really appreciate the collaboration between me and Anthony...he's a smart and skillful service advisor.

Well first of all they didn’t even change the oil as they were supposed to. I just checked and the oil light is still coming on there is no sticker as to when it was completed and I check the oil and it is very dirty.
Also communication was horrible by richard. So you had my car for 2 days and did nothing except figure out that you couldn’t do the alignment because the rear axle is bent. Complete **** show over there
