RGDis the best service consultant-friendly, kind, knowledgeable.
Richard was very nice and got us in and out quickly. The Airpark lot and receiving area for the service department is a complete dumpster fire. This area is overcrowded, confusing, not customer friendly, and dangerous. I almost got T-boned at the end of one of the rows by someone driving at high speed through the area. Not good.
Daven Is the best. Kept me informed about my maintenance throughout the process.
