This is the 2nd time I brought my car in for service to this dealership. I experienced similar service. Very little communication, unless I reached out. I lack the confidence in your dealership to actually detect issues wrong with my vehicle, let alone repair them.
I went there for an oil change. It took over two hours. After waiting that long, when Joe came to tell me that my car was ready and asked would I like a wash (10 minutes!), I said of course! 30 minutes later I went and told him I'd like to pay my bill. I did and he went out and got my car. No telling if they had just finished washing it (it didn't look wet) or if it had been sitting there, and they never let me know that it was ready… Everybody there is kind... but kind and taking forever, is NOT good. Be assholes! But be quick! I'm pretty sure some of the mechanics went to lunch while I was still waiting!
