The issue hasn't been fixed. My jeep seems to be have been lowered. My front tires are rubbing and they have never done that before. I now have body damage that wasn't there. I was supposed to receive a call from Todd about having their shop look at on on Friday. No call from Todd or Jacob.

Gary went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced same day despite being short staffed, without and appointment over the weekend. He was communicative and honest and explained everything in great detail
Gary did a fantastic job. I really appreciate that he kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle. I had to take it back for an additional item, but Gary made it very easy and got it resolved in a timely manner. Service was good, but my service advisor, Richard Small , was not responsive. I called four times trying to get a status on my Gladiator.
