I come to Lexus because the service Assistant manager Scott is very nice and he knows how to get the best service for my car he checks with me first before changing anything and the price if I am comfortable to do it he usually emails me before my car is do for service, most of my friends have Lexus they go to Toyota for service because they pay less but I like my service manager and I have been coming there for almost five years I thank thank him for been professional and very caring.

I was met quickly and I waited for the car. Service was great and quick. And my service adviser came and got me when the car was done.

They said, my air filter is clogged up, yet when I checked it it was perfectly clean because I have changed my filter a few weeks before get an oil change at your dealership. They did not top of my cooling fluid nor did not top off windshield washer fluid. In the previous service January of 2022 they charged me for balancing my tires, but they did not do it and had to go another shop to get the balance. I will make a full report to Lexus’s headquarters and BBB.
