Poor communication. Lack of effort. Recurring issue repaired during warranty should have been repaired under goodwill under the Chrysler promise. We are so disappointed in the lack of understanding, commitment and effort put into our visit. Ultimately it was a complete waste of time and huge inconvenience.

Very smooth as usual. Flowed well in spite of the construction
The first time I brought it in the fluids were not topped off. Kyle stayed he was only as good as his techs. Kyle asked me if I wanted my tires rotated when service on my dodge as it was part of the service. I then had a line item charge. He would not reverse said it would be free next time. I get sales but you have to let people know. On the first visit I was given a lift pass that was not valid the second time I was given one that is a three mile radius of you location. I text and emailed Kyle no response so I paid for it my self.
Kyle is a good guy. Seems overworked and always states he is slammed. However I just want the service that is billed and promised.

Hi! My rep yesterday was amazing!! I showed up for the oil change and he said I had no appointment but I know for sure that I did, I told him I had to get my oil change today cause it would probably be only opportunity cause my husband had just passed a couple weeks ago, and I have a hard time leaving my home after he had passed. My rep, was like, no problem, I totally understand, we’ll get you in, but it may take a couple of hours, he offered me a Lyft driver or gave me or gave me other options. I told him I would wait there at the dealership, I began to cry, which that happens cause I’m still grieving the loss of my husband. Poor guy, I could tell he was feeling bad for me and wanted to accommodate me any way he could. He actually got me out and back into my vehicle in less than an hour and a half!!! I could tell he was sincere and was really wanting to help me, which he did!! He has great people skills and is amazing with me knowing I was under distress!! That shows me, he’s a real sincere guy!!! Thank you for having him at your dealership!!
Kyle was an unbelievable service advisor! We were so lucky to have him! He had a stack of work, and was able to fix the problem for us.

Kyle was amazing to work with. Was able to squeeze my truck in on a Saturday for a bad battery. This was HUGE because of scheduling issues with work. He got it taken care of and had a positive attitude and was great to interact with. Model worker and would definitely go to him again. Give him a raise.
When I left, white smoke starting coming off of my vehicle when I was on the highway traveling after an oil change. I’m not sure if oil was spilled or a gasket is blown, but it worries me and hope I don’t have to bring my vehicle back for repair.
Kyle was incredible to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I trust that my car will be in the best care with Kyle.
