Great experience from beginning to end. Anthony was great. He asked if I needed it by a certain time. That might be the first time I have had a dealership offer that. I gave him a time but not a pressing one. He had it done hours before that. Overall very good experience.
I received prompt, thorough service. My service advisor, Tim Rau, provided an overview of services and a detailed itemization of work performed. Great job!

Great customer service service
My service issue was not resolved. After my last service visit in January my license plate (portion) started to show in the camera when I put my car in reverse. The service technician explained that is how it is other cars. When I told him my car never showed the license plate prior he again explained that’s how it is other cars. He stated newer cars have a wide angle camera. I say rubbish. I’m dissatisfied that now I have to live with seeing the license plate whenever I put the car in reverse.

I’m very happy with the Service Dept at this Lexus, from the lot people who greet you and the service men who go over what is going to be done. I’m so happy with Evan who is professional, transparent and I believe honest and trustworthy. Evan is the main reason I always come back; his characteristics in this type of business are awesome!
I see you today and all of a sudden I have a front headlight go out. What did you do to my vehicle? Also you left a bunch of plastic wrap, that is clearly trash, on the floor passenger side. Your workers also changed the seat setting for both driver and passer. What the ****!!!!!
