I had to wait for 15 minutes, but an employee check with me every five minutes, you had great golf, fun, and when I asked for a drinking fountain, I was shown to the snack bar, which had everything.
The loaner car was great!

Hassan is the man. I’ve had to come to Lexus quite frequently lately and I’ve noticed he always seems to be helping a good number of customers. Even with the traffic, he works quickly and efficiently and answers all of my questions.

Gary was great to work it and kept me updated. My disappointment is the vehicle took 4 days to get diagnosed and then the time it took from the diagnosis and the Mopar warranty approval. This caused the vehicle to be at the shop for 23 days incurring a rental bill over $1000. I know the shop is busy, but the purpose of setting an appointment is to minimize time at the shop, rather than just showing up and trying to get the vehicle in for service and expect timely service. Unfortunately, I needed a backup vehicle due to medical issues my wife is dealing with and couldn't leave her without a vehicle while I worked. I wish this service could've been completed in a more timely manner. I had bad experiences at Chapman Dodge Scottsdale, where I purchased the vehicle in 2018, which is why I made the move to Airpark Dodge, because I'd like to keep my Challenger RT serviced by a Dodge dealer.
