Daven is great, and I really value his service as should you.
However, there was the confusion with the construction upon drop off. When picking up my car, I waited over 5 minutes in line just to have someone take the return. The car in front of me was being helped by someone, which for some reason took a lot of time. There were others at the outdoor desk, but no-one came out to assist. When I finally was to receive my car, I was told to wait and someone would drive it up. I waited several minutes. I happened to notice my car parked behind me. I had to walk up to the outdoor desk to ask for my keys. Poor service.
Everyone in the service department is fantastic, especially Tim Rau. He always provides exceptional service.

Kyle was very attentive, polite and was able to explain all of the issues that were occurring and why effectively. His expectations on how much time in the shop I was looking at were realistic and reasonable. I highly recommend Kyle and appreciate his dedication to his position and his customers.
Joe was able to work me in to get my regular maintenance and he also repaired my tire. Very friendly, helpful, and fast service!
